Where will my ceremony be held? Most of our brides choose to be married under the sky overlooking our private 5 acre trout pond weather permitting. When raining, the wedding can be held in our recently built 40 X 60 log sided barn.
Your Reception, Rehearsal Dinner & Brunch the morning after the Wedding Ceremony:
Under the sky or in our recently built 40 X 60 log sided barn, this reception is yours. No need for an outdoor tent, our wedding barn can accommodate over 130 guests for your celebration. Whether you want to plan every detail or hire a wedding planner to help navigate the organizational details, your reception will be a celebration. You choose if you hire a catering service or have family & friends help with the celebration. It is your day. We provide the table’s, chairs, Arbor, charcoal grills, gas grill, gas cooker, and a 36 inch gas griddle station for those pancake breakfasts, 10 X 10 pop up canopy, refrigerator and a freezer.
Where will we stay? Our seasonal facility has 5 cozy cabins and 5 camping/RV sites. Our cabins vary in size and can sleep 18. Our 5 camping/RV sites another 30 for a total of 48. Additional Phillips bed & breakfast lodging and rooms are available.
When do we offer weddings? Weddings and receptions are offered anytime during our season beginning May 27, 2016 through October 27, 2016.
Your Outdoor Adventure: We are located on 63 acres in the beautiful Western Mountains of Maine just 3.7 miles off Rt. 4, birthplace of Fly Rod Crosby who was awarded the first Registered Maine Guide license and is highly regarded as the Annie Oakley of Fly Fishing. Our seemingly secluded and historic 5 acre trout pond is private and has natural and stocked Brook and Rainbow Trout for the enjoyment of your bridal party. No fishing license is required for guests to fish our idyllic Trout filled pond. Included in your parties fun filled weekend is fly fishing on our private pond, use of Canoe’s, Kayak’s, Paddleboat and fly rods, our combination basketball/pickle ball court, direct access to local & state ATV trails, biking trails, swimming, hiking miles of legendary trails such as Fly Rod Crosby Trail, Tumbledown Mountain and Mt. Blue, horseshoes, bean bag, toasting marshmallows around our huge fire pit overlooking the pond or just sitting around bird watching and relaxing. Do I have to book the whole place? You can reserve all or part of the venue.
